A life long Dallasite and graduate of the University of
Oklahoma, Joe Hedge has been building both commercially and
residentially since 1975. Joe's love affair with building
spans many decades that include several luxury resort properties in
Colorado, exclusive lake homes in East Texas, and multi-million
dollar residential custom and spec homes primarily in Dallas'
exclusive Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow
neighborhoods.
"Our goal in building a custom home at Superior is to
create a home of excellent quality at a fair price", Joe says.
"I want to make sure that our customers feel that they are buying a
home and not simply a house. My challenge is finding just the
right piece of property, whether custom or spec. I enjoy
seeing the process through from concept to finish."
When customers tour Superior's homes, the first thing
they notice is the attention to detail. This mindset began
when Joe and his wife, Cherine, started designing and building their
own personal homes many years ago. An attention to creative
living areas, prolific storage planning, and high grade materials
set Superior's homes a part from mass production builders.
Superior Interests, Inc., is a family-owned and operated business
and customers are treated with both a professional and personal
touch.
Superior Interests received the award for "The Best
Curb Appeal" for homes over 1.5 million in 2006 by the Home Builders
Association of Greater Dallas.

In his free time, Joe enjoys road biking around
White Rock Lake, snow skiing and reading the latest best selling
